Fashion Scout Head Make-up Artist Lan Nguyen-Grealis: “Strong grooming of the brows
against beautiful earthy tones to create a luxurious and expensive feel"
For Ones To Watch head make-up artist Lan created a very neutral look, working with the contours and high points of the face to emphasise these. The main elements of the look were the tones used, browns and beiges and a final flush of pink that softened the look.
For the base she used the Moisture It Primer, Extra Virgin Minerals foundation and the Vitamin E Mist. Which resulted in a healthy, flawless finish. Next up, she added a soft contour and a highlighter to definition. To finish of the skin a pink blush was applied to create a pretty, soft flush (All-In-One Cheek Colour in Marshmallow).
The eyes were my favourite part of the look. Very neutral, soft yet defined at the same time. Lan used a mid brown in the socket and underneath the eye, and for across the lid a very light brown (Colour Crush in Honey). All of that tied together with the contrast of a strong brow really ties it all together, adding a hint of androgyny.
A nude "your lips but better" shade was applied to the lips (Colour Crush Lips in Dare To Bare, out in September), which complimented the entire look perfectly without distracting from or overpowering the finished look.
