I feel pretty weird blogging about deodorant but I'm a bit of a deodorant snob and find it really hard to find a good one. Sprays don't work on me, I find roll ons a bit slimey and can't stand that wet feeling, or the majority on the high street test on animals. I was using one by Simple which was really good but its not easily accessible. Then I saw someone mention the Rituals deodorants in a video, I'm sorry I can't give credit because I can't remember who, but I decided I would give it a go! I've tried a couple of products from Rituals and have been really impressed. I took a little trip down to Bond Street to the Rituals shop there, its next to Mulberry down a little side street if anyone is interested and I picked up this one - Yi Yi Ren & Organic White Lotus. It cost around the £7.50 mark, yes your probably thinking it is quite expensive for a deodorant but personally I think its worth it. Its really lovely and creamy with a fresh scent, most importantly it works really, really well. You also get 75ml of product and you would usually get around 50ml of product with other deodorants. They also do lots of other deodorant products in different forms too so its worth checking it out!
What do you think, Would you spend that on a deodorant?
I really want to try this now. The most I have ever spent on a deodorant was around...20..for Chanel but it lasts for months! So I can kind of justify it. This in comparison is much more wallet friendly! I also hate roll on deodorant..the dove one takes too long to dry!

I remembered receiving a foaming shower gel from rituals and i must say that their quality is really good. Its hard to find the deodorant thats perfect for you that works the best and smells nice :) I think if its a good product £7.50 is not too much to spend since you will be using it daily~

I'm the same with deodrant, roll on annoys me n makes me feel uncomfortable but sprays don't feel like they work.. Don't live in London though, where else can you get this? X
ReplyDeleteI reckon I'd fork out for a good deo. I use Sure at the moment and it just does nothing for your delicate armpit skin. Especially as we come up to summer..... I may have to invest!

ReplyDeleteI struggle as well and completely agree about how slimy roll ons are! I had such a fail with a Nivea one that I bought in desperation.
I am SO curious to try this and will def pick one up soon! I LOVE Secret's deodorant even tho it's a US brand. I get my friends across the pond to replenish my stock if I can't make it out there myself. They're super affordable from any drugstore. Xx
I would pay that much! I'm a deodorant snob too!! I'm currently using "Lavanilla" in the original scent. This one looks great! I was also thinking of trying Kai's deodorant. I just found your YouTube channel and your blog! Great job!!
